Members are expected review the 2025 Participant Handbook for information related to participation with the CCMB. Below you will find information about assessments and music for the 2025 season.

Assessments

Members will be assessed to evaluate capabilities and ensure that balance can be achieved throughout the band. Part distribution is subject to change and you will have regular opportunities for growth throughout the season. Assessments may include performing scales, sightreading, and/or specific music. Section Captains are responsible for part distribution.

2025 Music

Primary musical selections for the 2025 season are listed below. Audio links are included to assist you in preparing for rehearsals. Please note that "Emblems of America" will be performed only at the Ridgefield 4th of July parade.

best of shorties vol. 2

Selections from "Best of Shorties Vol. 2" will be determined throughout rehearsals. You may print these parts in two ways: fit to page (large) and original size (for flip folder). Flip folders may be provided but members will need to purchase a lyre compatible with their instrument.
